Specifications include, but are not limited to: Prepare journal entries as required. 5.2 Prepare such fiscal reports and balance sheets on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as shall be required by federal or State statutes or regulations, or as requested by the Commission. 5.3 Provide internal auditing services as may be requested by the Commission. 5.4 Review, in accordance with established accounting procedures and applicable HUD regulations, the Commission’s books of account and other financial records and propose changes where needed. 5.5 Review bank statements and perform reconciliations. 5.6 Consolidate (compile) monthly budget to actuals from third-party managers into one statement for management and the Commission Board. 5.7 Consolidate (compile) monthly financial statements; Income and Expense and Balance Sheets, into one statement for management and the Commission Board.
