Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of General Services (OGS) for the Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation (DLLR) is requesting bids for a web-based Facilities Maintenance Work Order System that will be used to process work orders generated for 323,000 square feet of office space located in seven buildings throughout the State of Maryland. The system will allow OGS to deliver efficient and effective support services to the agency. The majority of work orders and preventive maintenance orders will be generated for the 220,000 square foot building located at 1100 North Eutaw Street in Baltimore, Maryland where 850 employees work and approximately 50,000 visitors enter the building each year. The maintenance staff at Eutaw Street consists of 14 employees and averages 4,500 work requests per year. The staff is charged with completing 70% of these work orders within a 24-hour period.
