Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Vendor shall submit a detailed plan to conduct the I/I Study for phase 2 as outlined in the RJN Inflow/Infiltration Study Strategy Report in addition to the items detailed below. This information is one of the criteria used in the proposal evaluation and selection process. 2. Using a “mini-basin metering program” (based on the Inflow/Infiltration Study Strategy Report, dated December 29, 2015 and prepared by RJN) approach to identify areas with significant I/I which includes baseline (dry and wet) weather flow data collection. The data should cover a minimum of 3 significant wet weather events to develop a curve representing the basin’s characteristics. The Typical MiniBasin size would contain 100 to 300 connections and 5,000 LF to 20,000 LF of mainline sewer per mini-basin.
