The Contractor shall provide access to a Centralized Management Console, which will allow the County to manage its fleet of approximately 253 photocopiers remotely. The management console shall provide access to the following functions: • Ability to check the status and activity for devices in the County’s network fleet • Establish standardized settings for workflow • Perform compliance checks to identify devices with settings inconsistent with County policy • Create and categorize groups of devices based on selected criteria using manual and automatic grouping • Ability to streamline installations with device templates. Clone select settings on one services-led platform device and assign to other like models • Enable pop-up alert notifications for specific device conditions • Monitor device properties including consumable levels, paper supplies and other service conditions • Ability to accommodate automated meter read collection • Copier password management.
