Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: Work in direct collaboration with the Department to re-design a supervisory training program that prepares mid-managers transitioning into supervisory roles. Be available to at least two (2) times per month to discuss and review training content as it is developed either in person, by phone or by video using google hangout meets. The Department will provide a minimum of ten (10) business days’ notice prior to the meeting date and will last no longer than eight (8) hours. Provide in person training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to allow the Department to update and maintain the content provided. Provide a proposed timeline detailing how all deliverable due dates will be achieved as described in Section 2.4.4. Training Analysis Perform a training needs assessment to assist the Department in: Assessing the current state of DJS staff (supervisory) performance and determining the training needs of such employees in order to reach the desired outcomes described in RFP Section 2.2.1. Assess and recommend an ideal training environment that is most efficient for the delivery of supervisory training. Reviewing current training content and all forms applicable to the supervisory training. Learning characteristics of DJS staff in order to identify Best Practices and Learning Styles that enhance training effectiveness. Determining training activities that will improve staff performance. Work in collaboration with the Department to determine the qualifications of the instructors including, the knowledge, skills and abilities to deliver the training subject matter.
