Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Baltimore Bureau of Procurement is seeking bids for Consulting Professional Services on behalf of Baltimore Convention Center. The Consultant is to conduct an Energy Usage Analysis and Plan for the Convention Center Complex. Consultant will research of the existing power distribution system at the Baltimore Convention Center Complex (BCCC) to determine the best methods to subcategorize and track energy usage. Consultant will develop systems for tracking building use by show events at the BCCC. Consultant will research and develop commodity cost profiles and estimations of dis-aggregated energy costs with in BCCC. Consultant will provide energy usage and cost reporting based on available data on a per show, area, time frame, category, or equipment bases. Consultant shall have the technical expertise to provide the normalization of energy usage for benchmarking based on key factors specific to BCCC. Consultant shall provide a written energy/commodity use data collection for analysis and report no later than one month after start of the project, the selected Consultant will be required to arrange a meeting to present an interim report on findings with a final report to the BCCC management.
