Specifications include, but are not limited to: Prepare Congregate Meals at their food preparation facility. a. Complete hot/cold noontime meals for the Congregate Nutrition Program for the elderly. b. Package in bulk containers. c. Maintain the temperature; temperatures shall be taken and recorded at time of either pick-up or delivery in accordance with Pick-ups, Deliveries, and Site Locations section of this ITB: Hot foods shall be packed at a temperature of at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit in temperature-retaining containers. Cold food shall be kept at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Frozen foods shall be kept in a solid state during packing, transportation, and storage. Documentation shall be provided to Calvert County Government’s Office on Aging (hereinafter, “OOA”) staff by the Contractor.
