Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services/Daily Operations: 3.2.2 Provide a wide variety quality, reasonably priced, fresh, breakfast, lunch, and beverage items. Services shall be provided between the hours of 7:00AM and 3PM, Monday through Friday. The facility must be fully staffed during these hours of operation. 3.2.3 Provide all equipment necessary to transport, serve, and maintain food at proper health code required temperatures. Additionally, the Contractor is responsible for providing all cups, bowls, plates, napkins, liner bags, forks, and spoons. All utensils must be plastic and fully disposable. 3.2.4 Maintain and clean the designated cafeteria area to meet and exceed health code standards. Remove all trash produced the by cafeteria operation and patrons. At minimum replace trash can liners daily. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintain the cleanliness of the entire area (including, but not limited to, floors, walls, tables, chair, sinks, and trash cans). 3.2.5 Uniforms shall be worn by the Contractors employees at all times. The uniform shall allow for easy identification by College staff. 3.2.6 Secure and lock cafeteria doors at closing (3PM). The Contractor shall provide: A designate account representative to manage the College’s account. Effective procedures for complaint resolution. Flexible procedures for addressing menu changes and other requests by the College. Employees providing services conversant in English. An emergency point of contact (if different for the designated account representative), including a pager or cell phone number.
