Specifications include, but are not limited to: The OFCHS is accepting bids from qualified providers located in Maryland to provide space, equipment, break out rooms, meals and lodging for up to 145 participants for the duration of the conference. Must be able to accommodate a minimum of 100 and maximum of 145 participants. The facility must be clean, neat, have free parking on premises, free wifi, and have adequate restrooms. Depending on the distance of your venue you will bid on one of two options listed below: OPTION #1: If venue is within 25 miles of the 21201 zip code, the venue must be able to accommodate a three day conference from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. 1. A conference center (located in the State of Maryland) with the ability to accommodate up to 145 participants from Tuesday September 22nd through Thursday September 24th, 2020. 2. Free parking for up to 145 participants on premises. 3. Free wifi. 4. Ability to provide catering service for hot breakfast, mid-morning and late afternoon snack, and lunch. There must be sufficient floor space to accommodate tables for all participants in one room for both breakfast and lunch with each meal lasting 60 minutes for all three days. 5. Must provide 3 night’s standard guest room accommodations for up to 55 participants beginning Tuesday, September 22nd and checkout being Thursday, September 24th. OPTION #2: If venue is farther than 26 miles from the 21201 zip code, the venue must be able to accommodate a two-and-a-half day conference. On days one and two, the conference will be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on day three the conference will be from 7:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. 1. A conference center (located in the State of Maryland) with the ability to accommodate up to 145 participants from Tuesday September 22nd through Thursday September 24th, 2020. 2. Free parking for up to 145 participants on premises. 3. Free wifi. 4. Ability to provide catering service for hot breakfast, mid-morning and late afternoon snack, and lunch.
