Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide a full-time bilingual staff to provide minimum of 3 culturally and evidence-based healing informed curriculums such as Joven Noble, Xinatchli and Cara y Corazon for a maximum of 45 youth and families. These evidenced based curriculums must offer psycho educational and skills building supports for clients that experience complex trauma associated with family separation, family reunification, sexual abuse, neglect, trafficking, and gang victimization. 2. Provide screening for clients with behavioral health needs and make referrals for additional behavioral health services as needed. The referrals must go directly to DHHS Adolescent Behavioral Health Services, if the referrals are not accepted, the Contractor must ensure the referrals go to a secondary behavioral health resources for services within 24 hours. 3. Provide case management services for a minimum of 15 families that are identified through either one of the curriculum programs. A Case Management Plan must be provided to ensure families served are provided services that address the social emotional needs of the families.
