Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Develop a strategy for determining 25 appropriate Maryland practices to provide valuable feedback on the TRA tool questions and scoring methodology a) Iterations of draft trategy must occur in consultation with MHCC b) The strategy must ensure that a representative sample of Maryland practices is identified; MHCC will provide descriptive statistics on Maryland practice demographics to help inform the strategy c) The strategy must include a process for over recruiting practices to ensure a representative sample of 25 practices d) The strategy must include a screening mechanism that will identify 1) practice demographics, 2) willingness to participate in the field testing, 3) level of engagement to provide valuable feedback and ) individual(s) at the practice that are best suited to provide valuable feedback. 2. Implement the strategy recruit practices, and report on progress a) Using practice information made available by MHCC, which will include practice name and address, the ontractor shall outreach to appropriate practices b) he Contractor will screen practices and hand off appropriate practices to the MHCC ontractor for field testing work c) he Contractor will report to MHCC on the progress of recruitment, identified by milestones of every 5 practices as well as target dates to ensure completion by the deadline
