Vendor success will be measured by meeting enrollment and working collaboratively with the University and College team members on completion targets for students applied, admitted, and enrolled in existing and new online programs at BSU. We seek a vendor skilled at converting admits to enrolled students. Recruiting admissible students alone will not be seen as success; rather, the vendor is expected to support the conversion for admitted to enrolled. The University / College expects the vendor to allocate personnel and digital resources commensurate with the size, scope, and number of programs offered. Bowie envisions a fee structure with variable rates based on program needs including differentiating between new and established programs. Incentives, scholarships, and development funds are also of interest. The University has established the following goals, each of which requires the Contractor to achieve: ● Doubling the number of online programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels ● Adding 2-3 new online verticals (program areas) at both levels ● Growing online enrollment to 900 students in three years ● Growing the online student population beyond the State To attain these goals, the Contractor shall provide: 1. Market Research: The Contractor shall conduct market research to identify which programs, from the list noted above as well as any others it believes will help attract students and best meet the needs of local and regional labor markets; 2. Marketing Services: The Contractor shall perform marketing services designed to generate interest in, and applications for, these programs through a wide array of channels, including but not in any way limited to the current Bowie State University Web site, new programspecific landing pages, social media outlets, traditional media outlets as appropriate, et. al. In addition, chosen provider will bring extensive experience creating and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid ads, email campaigns). Additionally, all leads and conversions shall be carefully tracked and the data closely studied to drive continuous conversion improvement. 3. Recruitment Services: Recruitment services shall include dedicated enrollment advisors who are well trained in the nuances of each BSU program, will engage with prospective online students through a variety of communication channels to nurture them through the admissions funnel up to the point where each prospect’s application is complete and ready for admissibility review by the University. In addition, the Contractor shall provide realistic enrollment metrics at each state of the admissions funnel and ensure that these metrics are met, if not exceeded, to ensure that each incoming class is on goal;
