Rear axle: 4.10 ratio HVAC: Front and rear Batteries: OEM dual batteries Front seats: Cloth Alternator: Heavy duty Glass: Fixed side and rear doors Camera: OEM rear view camera ENGINE AND ELECTRICAL 9.2a VEHICLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Leave the factory alternator in place to retain the full factory warranty. Battery shall remain OEM unless specified below. 9.2b AUXILIARY BATTERY SYSTEM: Deep cycle AGM auxiliary batteries mounted in the vehicle and wired through an isolator to the vehicle’s charging system when the motor or generator is running and when on shore power. This system shall be isolated from the factory battery system and include one battery for the 12 volt accessories and lighting and one dedicated for the generator. 9.2c POWER POINTS: Six 12-volt power point cigarette lighter style outlets with dual USB ports shall be marine grade with a waterproof attached cover. Two located at each work station. These outlets shall be part of the engineered wiring harness system and circuit protected for 20 amps each. Each outlet shall include plug in connectors that integrate into the harness for easy replacement or troubleshooting. 120 VOLT AC POWER 9.3a GENERATOR: One Onan 120-volt 60 Hz 7,000-watt commercial generator installed in the rear of the van in a custom fabricated enclosure with full access to all controls and easy access for service and removal of the generator is necessary. The compartment will be soundproofed and air tight so no noise or fumes can enter the cabin. The fuel supply is piped into the fuel tank short of bottom to retain approximately ¼ tank of fuel for vehicle transportation. Exhaust is piped to the underside of the vehicle and extended to the street side rear corner to avoid any fumes from entering the interior cabin areas. The control panel with start/stop switch and digital hour meter shall be mounted at the operator’s control area and includes an hour-meter. The generator can be started while the vehicle is being driven. The generator shall be positioned in the rear of the van not obstructing rear door access into the vehicle. 9.3b SHORE POWER: One 30-amp marine grade shore power connection mounted on the driver’s side rear of the exterior to provide power to the battery charger and on board 120-volt outlets when attached to exterior power source. All wiring is circuit protected on the incoming line and any outlets wired to this system. Included is a 30-amp rated power cord with matching connectors and an adaptor to 15 amps for light loads. Outlets: Duplex outlets in multiple locations on the interior easily accessible for onboard 120-volt equipment. Warning indicators: LED indicator light located in view of the driver activated when power is applied to the shore line. Included shall be an engraved placard identifying the indicator light. In addition to the interior indicator an LED light shall be positioned by the power inlet to identify that power is present at the vehicle. Battery charger: Wired to the generator and the shore line shall be a high quality, multi-battery charger to maintain all batteries without over-charging. Transfer switch: Automatically activated electrical transfer switch shall be mounted in a protected area and wired into the shoreline and inverter system. This circuit shall transfer power from the inverter to the shore line when power is applied to the shore line. All outlets shall transfer with this system.
