Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall supply all labor and material to perform maintenance and repair to the Audio and Video Equipment (“Equipment”) for the Harford Cable Network (HCN). 1. All non-emergency maintenance and repairs shall be performed during normal County working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding County holidays. 2. Preventative maintenance shall be performed quarterly. 3. Emergency maintenance and repairs shall be performed on an “as needed” basis. Contractor must have a qualified technician respond by phone within thirty (30) minutes of being contacted by HCN personnel. If the problem cannot be resolved and HCN personnel request on-site service, the Contractor must send a qualified technician to the location designated by the county within two (2) hours. 4. Should Contractor fail to perform routine maintenance or not respond to emergency service calls within the time frame specified herein, the County shall have the right to procure the services from other sources without prejudice to the contract. 5. After work has been started, it shall be prosecuted continuously without stoppage until work has been completed. Contractor will provide a report detailing all preventative maintenance inspections and repairs to the Director of HCN via email within fifteen (15) days following completion of work. Quarterly (4 times per calendar year) preventative maintenance inspections shall be performed on all equipment covered under this bid. Equipment will be cleaned, lubricated. A thorough adjustment check and a functional check will be performed. Rubber parts of all equipment shall be checked for wear and replaced as needed to prevent malfunctions. All replacement parts furnished under this contract shall be new and guaranteed to perform in the equipment specified in SPIA. All replacement parts shall be under warranty for one year from the date of installation.
