Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College uses Ellucian s Colleague administrative and associated computer systems as the College s database of record. Beginning in January of 2014, we will begin an implementation of Ellucian s Colleague Reporting Operating and Analytics(CROA) which will allow us to migrate our reporting data onto SQL Server, In the fall of 2014, we are planning to begin our migration of Colleague from Unidata to SQL Server. The selected firm will provide the following IT services: - DBA services for both our Unidata and SQL Server databases through the migration process. Install/configure any new Ellucian web applications on the appropriate web server (Student Planning, Mobile, Student Finance Self-Service, Recruiter). Install upgrades to Ellucian web applications and Entrinsik Informer. Coordinate with our Network Services director to serve as a backup to our Network Services team for applying Microsoft upgrades, snapshots on virtual servers
