Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Electrical troubleshooting of highway lighting systems, diagnosis of failure, repairs, light pole re-sets or replacements, bulb replacements, ballast replacements, fuses, etc. It is highly recommended prior to bidding for the vendor to consider all aspects of the project, including, but not limited to: Scope of work Environmental and operational factors Locations Traffic concerns & limited working hours Parking & staging Scope of work includes miscellaneous electrical repairs on the roadway lighting system and re-setting downed roadway lighting fixtures. Work will be as-needed and directed by the Engineer and may not be on a continual basis. Work time shall begin upon vendor reporting to the SHA location as directed by the engineer and shall end upon completion of the work assignment. No rest, lunch, break, idle or travel time shall be reimbursed, unless it is between SHA work locations within the same day. Vendor shall be responsible for all Maintenance of Traffic and must have an SHA certified Traffic Manager on-site at all times.
