Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor must be able to successfully pass a background investigation. 2. The Contractor will work on-site. 3. The Contractor must participate in necessary online trainings and quarterly meetings via conference call. 4. The Contractor must keep track of data entered or uploaded into databases. 5. The Contractor must provide the County with a schedule of available and unavailable hours and to inform the County of unavailable hours in advance to allow for appropriate allocation of assignments. The Contractor must be available to assist during periods of high demand workload. 6. The Contractor must track and enter all heroin and opioid drug investigations, drug seizures, drug arrests, overdoses, and other drug-related investigative activities into databases
