Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Maryland Governor’s Office for Children (Office) is seeking proposals for delivery of technical assistance and training opportunities that provide tools, knowledge, and resources to be utilized by Maryland’s twenty-four (24) Local Management Boards to effectively lead a sustainable Collective Impact change process, developed by John Kania and Mark Kramer, in their jurisdictions and engage community partners to build capacity and positively impact data trends for Maryland’s Child Well-being Results and Indicators. The selected vendor will provide an array of learning strategies in large and small group formats (including the opportunity for webinar and 1:1 interactions) that will enhance the community planning process, and have working knowledge and experience in utilizing the Results Based Accountability framework developed by Mark Friedman.
