There is one server for the park. a) Review all operating systems (OS) and application software for proper operation; interaction, communication, and data aggregation. Perform or make recommendations for corrective measures as appropriate within the time as stated in X.G b) Backup Metasys Database to approved device c) Review Metasys database for any errors 2. The contractor will provide for any revision and subscription as required by the BAS software manufacturer. This consists of the latest version of all upgrades and revisions. Any conversion process must be included. Upgrades and revisions must be compatible with the existing system in use. 3. Supervisory controllers (e.g. Network Automation Engine (NAE). There are four NEAs. a) Verify voltages are within tolerance. Adjust as required b) Inspect and clean enclosures c) Verify cable and electrical connections and ensure proper reference to ground d) NAE i) Verify and confirm proper operation of all status and indicator Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) ii) Verify and confirm communication status and reliability with the system e) Network Card; Verify and confirm communication status and reliability with the system 4. DX-9100 Controllers. Replace with open source controllers as they go bad. a) Verify voltages are within tolerance. Adjust as required b) Inspect and clean enclosures c) Verify cable and electrical connections and ensure proper reference to ground d) Confirm point online status e) Review critical points for proper operation and perform corrective measures as needed f) Review control loops for proper operation and perform corrective measures as needed g) Verify and confirm proper operation to include hardware status h) Verify and confirm proper communication to network as required 5. Unitary Controllers (UNT) and Air Handler Unit (AHU) Controllers. Replace with open source controllers as they go bad. a) Verify proper operation including hardware status b) Verify proper communications to network as required c) Clean exterior surfaces d) Save and copy software as operationally prudent e) Review critical points for proper operation and perform corrective measures as needed f) Review control loops for proper operation and perform corrective measures as needed
