Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 In general, the scope of this contract shall be to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for pavement failure repairs and minor resurfacings shall be performed on primary and secondary roads, parking lots, walking paths, and athletic courts. Work shall be assigned on an as needed basis. 1.2 The requirements listed above are intended as an aid to the Contractors to acquaint them with what could be required to execute the work on this contract. Any item that might be needed and not herein specified shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of this contract. 1.3 The work to be done under this contract includes but is not limited to; the providing of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with this specification and scope of work. 1.4 Details, sketches, and related instructions to perform this scope of services are referenced in the specification, and bidders shall refer to the County’s Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials. Bidders may use them as guides for estimating only.
