Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1.1 The Baltimore City Community College (BCCC or the “College”), on behalf of the State of Maryland (“State”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to implement a solution for its College-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system needs and requirements. The scope of this RFP includes comprehensive business process changes and technologies that address ERP business processes as described in this RFP. The College is requesting cloud-based offerings for Student-facing, Financial, Human Resources, and Other Key functionality. The College will accept either cloud-based or on-premises for its Identity Management needs. BCCC envisions a commercial College-wide ERP implementation, including the services and technology required to set up this solution, adjust current business processes, train College staff and provide one year of O&M support for the solution after implementation.
