Specifications include, but are not limited to: Working with the HSCRC and the industry to redesign the sections of the Filing related to the capture of physician costs, • Working with the HSCRC and the industry to review, and if indicated, revise, the cost centers used to capture costs within the Filing, • Working with the HSCRC and the industry to review, and if indicated, revise and or standardize the overhead allocations used within the Filing, • Working with the HSCRC to revise the electronic submission template used by hospitals to reflect any changes in tasks (1) to (3) and to capture the calculations inherent in the Filing that are currently calculated outside the HSCRC’s submission form and • Reviewing the Accounting and Budget Manual that governs the Filing and other HSCRC reporting policies to ensure that it reflects the correct reporting guidance, matches the electronic submission template and reflect any changes made based on tasks (1) to (3) and then re-issuing the Accounting and Budget Manual in a web-friendly format.
