Specifications include, but are not limited to: Complete a minimum of fifteen (15) Compliance Investigations annually: Provide, at a minimum, two (2) consecutive Compliance Buys for all High-Risk Vendors. The Department will provide the awarded Bidder with a list of High-Risk Vendors. Provide evidence of a Vendor’s noncompliance pursuant to the Department’s Vendor Management Policy VM-6 Vendor Sanction System. Perform sixty (60) to ninety (90) Compliance Buys, annually, at twenty (20) to twenty-five (25) WIC Authorized Stores operating in the State and twelve (12) WIC Authorized Stores operating in bordering towns in New Hampshire. The Department will provide the awarded Bidder a list of WIC Authorized Stores which shall receive Compliance Buys. Ensure Compliance Buys are performed in accordance with Vendor Management Policy VM-5 Compliance Investigations. Submit the results to the Department within two (2) business days of each Compliance Buy, including: Photographs showing all items purchased; and A legible copy of the transaction receipt from the WIC Authorized Store. Submit the documentation regarding the disposition of the food items purchased during the Compliance Buys. Coordinate subsequent Compliance Buys with the Department when a WIC Authorized Store had a previous Vendor Violation.
