Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a mentorship program where current self-advocates in the awarded Bidder’s organization assist other’s who are new to self-advocacy in navigating the State’s Developmental, Intellectual and Acquired Brain Injury service system. Establish and maintain professional relationships, and meet at least quarterly, with self-advocacy organizations including, but not limited to: Self - A dvocates Becoming Empowered (SABE). Self-advocacy organizations in other states. Meetings can include conference calls. Establish, and maintain, professional relationships with community partners. Include three (3) letters of support from community partner organizations within the State’s Developmental Disability, Intellectual Disability and/or Acquired Brain Injury system.
