Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintain a current and valid license to provide Home Health Care Services and comply with 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 119. Provide Community Health Nursing (CHN)-Maternal Child Health (MCH) nursing services Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding State holidays and administrative closings, or as requested by the Department. Provide a sufficient number of licensed registered nurses to perform Home Visits, refer to Table 1. Ensure nurses providing CHN-MCH nursing services: Receive and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Comply with immunization requirements under 22 M.R.S.A. §802 and 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 264 and the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Guidelines for Preventing the Transmission of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis in Health-Care Settings, 2005.
