Specifications include, but are not limited to:Each Day of Service • Empty waste baskets; collect trash; clean, sanitize and line waste baskets. • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum all non-carpeted floors. • Wash both sides of glass doors, entry way glass, any glass partitions/walls (including reception window and its ledge) in lobby & entryway. • Clean tables, chair arms, counters, and exterior of refrigerator(s) and microwave(s) in break room. • Clean chair arms in public areas using an unscented, antibacterial disposable wiping cloth. • Keep custodial closets (if available) clean and free of odors. Tuesdays and Thursdays • After sweeping damp mop all non-carpeted floors in the kitchen areas. • April through October - Vacuum all carpets except the file room and remove spots by cleaning or shampooing as necessary.
