Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Complete hygienic cleaning of ALL restrooms especially around sink, toilet and urinal areas (Cleaning Toilet Rooms Specifications, Custodial Services General Specifications), wipe and sanitize handrails, replace toilet paper leaving an extra roll(s) in the restroom, paper towels, soap, urinal tablets, ect. All toilet paper and paper towel dispensers must be full at the conclusion of each day of service. • Empty wastebaskets, collect trash and recyclables and remove from premises. • Dry mop or sweep all non-carpeted floors including stairs. • Damp mop non-carpeted floors, including stairwells. • Spot scrub non-carpeted floors as needed to take care of incidental spills or other messes dry mopping or sweeping won’t properly clean. • Vacuum ALL carpeted areas including all offices using a commercial/industrial vacuum cleaner with HEPA filter, remove spots cleaning or shampooing as necessary. • Vacuum and maintain all entry mats and runners. • Spot clean walls. • Clean and disinfect all door handles. • Wash desks, tabletops and office equipment including phones. • Police entrance to building; pick up trash, cigarette butts, ect. • Keep Janitorial closets clean and free of odors.
