Specifications include, but are not limited to: To establish a contract to supply all labor, material, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the following job on a 3 cell aerated lagoon wastewater system with design capacity of 0.805 mgd. *Inspecting and maintaining chlorine, sulfur dioxide, polymer and copper sulfate feeding systems. *Operator to adjust feeding levels as needed. *Waste proper amount of solids to lagoon as needed to prevent overloading. *Visually inspect pumps, level switches and control panels and report condition to the EHCC maintenance supervisor. *On-site testing will consist of PH chlorine residual measurement flow calculations. Testing to be done as per DEQ permit/regulations. *Collect and deliver permit required samples to an independent lab of the operator's choice (EHCC will not have a contract with an independent lab). *Lab testing cost to be included in the monthly price. *Complete discharge monitoring report forms (DMR form) and issue to authorized entity to be forwarded to the proper environmental agencies to include DEQ enforcement branch and water pollution control division. *Complete annually the required Louisiana Municipal Water Pollution Prevention (MWPP) report *(required permit - reference permit #la0098094; ai18399). *EHCC will be responsible for purchasing chemicals as needed. Operator to give EHCC's maintenance supervisor at least a five (5) day notice to order chemicals. *Successful vendor will work approx. 10 hours on-site weekly. *Successful vendor will make any repairs needed with approval from maintenance supervisor. *EHCC will provide parts needed for repairs. *Successful vendor will be on an as needed emergency call-out basis. Regarding emergency call-outs, operator will be able to arrive at EHCC plant within guidelines set forth by all environmental agency requirements.
