Specifications include, but are not limited to: lassroom training, at regular intervals as well as annually, including: curricula and lesson plans, the type of training delivered, and any other training materials implemented to users in a centralized electronic file system. The solution will electronically store NOFD’s Policies, archive those Policies, and deliver notices to all users regarding any alterations or changes in Policy. Further, the proposed solution must have the capability to implement user training on changes to NOFD Policies on a monthly basis. The solution must require the user to electronically acknowledge receipt of Policy review and related training, as well as all NOFD online training, and further require the user to electronically sign the completion of training, automatically resulting in issuance of a training certificate. This certificate must be stored electronically in the user’s personnel jacket and also be available to be easily printed. The solution must provide alerts to administrators and users to remind users to complete training or review other critical information and provide alerts as to the user’s completion or lack of completion of required training and if necessary, store information as to any corresponding corrective actions for incomplete training. The solution must have the capacity for multiple system administrators, each with distinct security privileges. The system must allow hundreds of users in the system concurrently. Vendors must demonstrate experience in designing and maintaining centralized systems designed to electronically track, maintain, and report complete records of Fire departmental policies and procedures, training curricula and lesson plans, all training delivered, and other training materials, as described above.
