Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1 Examine each piece of Equipment and device to see that it is functioning properly and is in good operational condition. 2.2.2 Clean all components of dust, old lubricants, etc. to allow the Equipment to function as designed. 2.2.3 Paint all Equipment as needed to prevent and protect against corrosion and deterioration. 2.2.4 Lubricate all Equipment where needed to permit bearings, gears, and all contact wearing points to operate freely and without undue wear. 2.2.5 Adjust all linkages, motors, drives, etc. that have drifted from the initial design settings and positions. 2.2.6 Calibrate all sensing, monitoring, output and safety devices for optimum efficiencies. 2.2.7 Repair the device by the addition of replacement parts, should the above maintenance not be adequate. 2.2.8 Replace the device should the above repair not be adequate. 2.2.9 Replace the Equipment unit should the above partial replacement not be adequate. 2.2.10 Test and cycle all equipment as a system after it has been cleaned, lubricated, adjusted, and calibrated to assure that it is in proper operating condition and performing at optimum efficiency. 2.2.11 Charge units with applicable refrigerant as required to maintain proper cooling.
