Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The Contractor shall provide to the City of New Orleans, all new tires, all new replacement tires, and tire related supplies for the fleet of approximately twenty-five hundred (2,500) units to the Equipment Maintenance Division central maintenance garage. • The Contractor shall ensure that replacement tires meet or exceed vehicle manufacturer's current specifications as to type, size, speed and ply rating and meet or exceed specifications outlined in section G., 15., entitled Product Standards, and shall ensure that all tires provided for equipment match the existing tires as to size, type, tread design, and side wall appearance. • The Contractor shall provide a liaison/service representative(s) whose primary responsibility is to provide service and assistance to the City. This representative(s) must be continuously available and easily accessible during the Equipment Maintenance Divisions current regular working hours, (7:a.m. – 5 p.m.), Monday through Friday, to EMD personnel.
