Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Dedicated CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) Certified Technician on site 2 days per week (8 hours each Tuesday and Thursday). • Ability to provide emergency repairs within 48 hours. • Ability to service the following (but not limited to) equipment listed in these specifications. (Refrigeration, Fryers, Ice Machines, Brewers/Espresso, Dish machines, Ovens Combi/Speed/Convection, Steamers, Grills/Griddles, Kettles/Skillets, Ranges) in all Campus Food Services (Sodexo leased) areas including but not limited to: A.Student Union B.Café Fleur de Lis (Legacy) C.Jazzman’s (Dupre Library) D.Zeus E.Ragin’ Cajun Food Court (Agnes Edwards Hall) F.Jamba Juice (Bourgeois Hall) • Ability to provide routine preventative maintenance and repairs on up to 300 pieces of food service equipment in accordance with but not limited to the attached PM Schedule (Exhibit A) and Protocols (Exhibit B). During the course of the 8-hour work day, additional PM work may be assigned to the technician (fryer maintenance and cleaning, etc.) by Campus Food Services when necessary. These assignments are to be included in the PM annual cost.
