Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 Evaluation of Part 70 Operating Permit 2140-00128-V2 The Contractor shall evaluate the new Part 70 Operating Permit (2140-00128-V2) and provide comments to the SWBNO EA of any new requirement which may impact operation or be a compliance issue. Task 2 Review of Facility Periodic Reports The SWBNO Environmental Affairs Department (SWBNO EA) prepares the required periodic air compliance reports including the Annual Compliance Report, Semi-Annual Compliance Reports, Green House Gas Report (GHG), Annual Capacity Factor Report, Annual Specific Conditions Report and LDEQ Emission Inventory Reporting Inventory (ERIC) Report. SWBNO EA shall submit reports to the Contractor for review at least fourteen (14) days prior to due date. The Contractor will review the reports to ensure calculations are correct, reports are complete and prepared correctly before SWBNO EA files the reports. Task 3 Web-Based Compliance Tool Update The Contractor shall compare the existing web-based compliance tool to requirements found in Part 70 Operating Permit 2140-00128-V2. The web-based compliance tool shall be updated by the Contractor to: (1) To track compliance with all specific conditions. (2) To perform all emission calculations and track compliance. (3) To generate the Annual Compliance Report, Semi-Annual Compliance Reports, Annual Capacity Factor Report and Specific Conditions Report.
