Specifications include, but are not limited to: Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (Airport) is a public use international airport located in the City of Kenner and the Parishes of Jefferson and St. Charles. It is owned by the City of New Orleans and operated by the New Orleans Aviation Board (NOAB). LANOIA is the primary commercial airport for the New Orleans metropolitan area and southeast Louisiana, serving over 20 million passengers, annually. LANOIA has two (2) runways: • Runway 11/29 (10,104’ length by 150’ wide) concrete pavement surface • Runway 2/20 (7,001’ length by 150’ wide) concrete pavement surface Runway 11/29 and Runway 2/20 each have parallel and associated connector taxiways. The taxiways are 75 feet in width, with the exception of Taxiway Gulf which is 100 feet in width. Design would include a taxiway geometric layout, plan and profile, drainage, stripping, lighting, and signage.
