Specifications include, but are not limited to: Louisiana State University (“LSU”) seeks to replace its aging legacy mainframe Student Information System (SIS) with a Cloud Based Student Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, including: •A cloud-based Student ERP System accessed via the internet and hosted at the solution provider’s data center(s), with additional bolt-on solutions, if required, that incorporates functionality required to support the complex needs of LSU; •A timely, cost-effective, and seamless implementation that includesproject management, deployment and configuration of the new Student ERP System (SIS), migration of historical records, and integration with third party solutions, and training,within the desired timeframe of April 2024; and,•Training programs, documentation, courses, and services for Student ERP System (SIS) administrators, and the community at large on how to use the Student ERP System (SIS) for the successful implementation and ongoing operation of the Student ERP System (SIS).
