Specifications include, but are not limited to: Eastern Kentucky University is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to administer an online student engagement solution for the University’s students. The technology must be multifaceted to meet the various needs of our programs, volunteer opportunities, and processes for managing student engagement, and specifically student organizations. The technology must include: Event Management Event attendance tracking Volunteer/Community Partner Management Card Swipe Technology (attendance tracking) API Integration Student organization management for up to 300 student organizations (space to communicate, hold elections, share meeting minutes, post events, etc.) Universal calendar for promoting all campus events Reservation management Ability to communicate with our ERP system, Ellucian’s Banner (to share student involvement information) Co-curricular Transcript Assessment tools Additionally, we are interested in (but do NOT require) the technology to include: App Allow users to self-select into or create communities Incorporation of any academic elements (e.g. advising appointments, class schedule visibility, etc.)
