Specifications include, but are not limited to: Firm to provide Interim Executive Advancement Services, reporting to the Interim President. Firm will provide interim leadership for the University of Louisville (UofL) Advancement Office and day-to-day operation of Advancement. Access and review all Advancement policies and procedures and provide reporting to the interim President; make recommendations for revisions to existing policies or additions, as necessary. Facilitate a search process for a permanent VP for Advancement. Based on assessment, provide a work plan that can be used to improve the efficacy of the UofL Advancement team members and function. Build an Advancement scorecard based on industry standard and align with UofL advancement objectives
