Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Utilize the CSE’s Business Intelligence (BI) System to generate the OCSE-157 report monthly. The vendor shall review and analyze the state and individual county performance in the areas of paternity establishment, order establishment, current support collections, and arrearage Document Description Page 5 2000000076 Program Performance Data Reliability (C1721-0) of 39 4 collections. Analysis shall include comparison of totals contained on all lines of the report against the previoius year’s report to identify any anomalies. 2. Analyze data in the Kentucky Automated Support Enforcement System (KASES) and other systems that interface with KASES to determine accuracy and reliability of data used to compile the OCSE-157 is accurate. Determine cause of any identified performance or data issues. 3. Work with the KASES Team and CSE Policy Staff to receive and revise, as appropriate, the federal self-assessment tool. Assign federal self-assessment cases for review to appropriate CSE staff and monitor for completion of assigned reviews. Respond to any questions related to the federal self-assessment reviews. Conduct a third level review of all cases determined out of compliance and conduct a third level review of, at a minimum of, 10% of cases determined in compliance to ensure accuracy of reviews. 4. Compile, analyze, and prepare a draft report of the CSE federal self-assessment results for submission to CSE Management on or before February 15 of each year following the submission of the final OCSE-157 report for review, approval, and submission to OCSE. 5. Notify the appropriate state or local child support office of identified performance and/or data reliability issues. Work with designated staff from the state or local child support office to correct identified issues. Monitor performance and/or data reliability resolutions to ensure compliance and appropriate resolution. 6. Notify the KASES team of system related performance or data reliability issues and work with designated individuals to correct performance issue(s). If the issue has a statewide impact, send notification via email to all child support staff. Monitor to ensure all identified issues are resolved. 7. Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and the KASES team to develop and implement changes in business operations or system processing focused on quality improvements of the program, worker efficiency, data integrity and cost savings.
