Provide all necessary staff, including lifeguards, and programming for the operation and management of the indoor recreation and aquatic center as well as maintaining the proper certifications required including either a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO). 2. Formation and implementation of day-to-day operating programs, business plans, budgets, marketing / advertising plans. 3. Program development and management including lessons, leagues, rentals, group programs, events, and open activities and determining open hours to coincide with the program needs and the desires of the community. 4.
