Specifications include, but are not limited to: Masks:The awarded vendor should be able to supply fresh masks daily.The masks should meet the below minimum qualifications:1. Clothface covering is a material that covers the nose and mouth.2.Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face.3. Be secured with ear loops, or wrap-around fabric4. Include multiple layers, minimum of 2 plyfabric(tightly woven cotton such as duck cloth, canvas, at least 180-200 thread count, suggested).5. Allow for breathing without restriction.6. Able to be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape.7. Antimicrobial (preferred but not required)Each bid should include details on the bidder’s ability to meet each of the seven (7) above criteria for the masks, details on how the bidder will keep the University supplied with masks, and a detailed description of how the laundry services for the masks will be handled.Each bid should include combined pricing for mask and laundry service per person, per week. Lab Coats:The awarded vendor should be able to provide laundry and rental services for approximately 2000-3000 lab coats a week. Vendor should provide the weekly cost per person for lab coat for rental, and separately theweekly cost perperson for lab coat laundry service.
