Specifications include, but are not limited to: Life Safety Service Agreement - Four 25% Quarterly Fire Alarm System Test and Inspections - Smoke Detector Cleaning/Sensitivity Testing - Twenty-four hours per day and seven days per week (24/7) Emergency Service - Complete Documentation and Recommendations Routine and Non-Routine Service All routine scheduled work will be performed by the successful Contractor during normal working hours (08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time) on normal working days (Monday through Friday), excluding Commonwealth Holidays. Emergency (non-routine) repairs will be accomplished as necessary during routine and non-routine working hours which is twenty-four hours each day, seven days each week (24-7). The successful Contractor will respond to calls and provide service or maintenance as required and will respond within two (2) hours “on site”. In the event the successful Contractor is unable to provide service “24-7” emergency response and service, the Commonwealth may secure the required service or repair from another source and the cost of such service or repair shall be the responsibility of contract holder.
