Specifications include, but are not limited to: Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide consultant services for Phase II (Final) Design and Right-of-Way Acquisition Services of the Louisville Loop Shared Use Path – Jefferson Memorial Forest – Medora (State ID 5-524). The Consultant may also be asked to perform Construction Inspection services by Contract Modification upon completion of the Right-of-Way Acquisition phase. This project will involve the following areas: engineering, landscape architecture, and other associated professional services as needed to develop final plans and specifications and for right-of-way acquisition for a shared use path and Louisville Loop trailhead facilities through Jefferson Memorial Forest from the intersection of Pendleton Road and Medora Road to the 5100 block of Blevins Gap Road. The shared use path will be approximately 1.5 miles in length.
