Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Implementation Project Implementation will include, but is not limited to, the creation of new functionality that enables the University of Louisville to improve its business processes and develop integration with other applications. It is the goal of the university to create a flexible model that blends development and functional staff of the university with on-site and off-site vendor staff that can be called upon on an as-needed basis. Representative Project Implementation activities may include:a.Provide subject matter expertise (both functional and technical) for projects and enhancements b.Provide answers to specific questions about existing or proposed functionality c.Develop specifications for development projects d.Author new documentation and/or update existing documentation e.Assist users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) f.Provide development services on an as-needed basic including customizations, reports, enabling new business functionality, training, developing interfaces Application/SystemSupport Application/SystemSupport will include, but it not limited to, ensuring that production systems are maintained at the maximum levels of integrity, responsiveness and stability. Representative Application/SystemSupport activities may include: a.Support of production environments including resolution of issues, modifications to jobs and schedules, and creating of queries and reports b.Guidance of product functionality, fit/gaps, and configuration c.Proactive management of application versions and performance
