Specifications include, but are not limited to: University of Louisville/Aramark have teamed with RossTarrant Architects and CMTA Engineers to perform selective renovations of the McAlister’s Deli on the ground floor of the Miller Informational Technology Center this summer to improve the HVAC of the space. The renovation will include selective demolition of existing finishes, existing HVAC system, and associated MEP items. Four (4) new HVAC split systems and a new Type II exhaust hood system/fan will be provided to improve the space. Minimal interior finish work is required as it relates to demolition and install of the new HVAC equipment. Interior finish work includes gypsum board partitions, paint, and acoustical ceiling tile/grid. Additional MEP rework supports the replacement of the HVAC system, including new light fixtures and a new electrical panel. All roof top work in regard to installing the new exhaust fan/curb will need to maintain the existing roof warranty.
