Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Includes patient registration, service reporting, billing, and management reports; 2. Has an appointment scheduling module; 3. Allows a connection to and submits files to a web-based autodialer system which includes text notifications; 4. Has the option to place patients in a household or register them individually, if necessary; 5. Features a Growth Chart module that automatically plots heath and weight measures, and calculates body mass indexes (BMI); 6. Contains an automated risk assignment module along with necessary referrals; 7. Has a food package assignment module that supports the federal WIC food package rules with the automatic reduction of food quantities for partial months and automates replacement of food packages ; 1. A single sign-on for both CMS and EBT; 2. A participant is certified as WIC-eligible at a clinic via CMS; 3. AneWIC card is issued to the participant in the clinic and the participant selects a four-digit personal identification number (PIN); 4. Monthly food benefits are issued to the client and posted electronically to the participant’s account; 5. The eWIC card is used to access food benefits in the WIC-authorized retail store.
