Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kentucky Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors requires the services of a qualified licensed professional familiar with the licensing laws for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors to (1) Conduct investigations of cases involving potential violations of KRS 322 and 201 KAR Chapter 18 by Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, Permitted Business Entities, unlicensed individuals and unpermitted business entities, all as assigned by the Board’s General Counsel and Director of Enforcement; (2) Prepare written reports of such investigations, in a form and format prescribed by the Director of Enforcement and approved by General Counsel; (3) Assist other Board investigators by obtaining evidence and conducting interviews as directed; and (4) Provide testimony in Administrative Hearings.
