The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is seeking competitive written proposals from a highly qualified individual or company with extensive experience in conducting alignment studies of state-level content standards and assessments to analyze the alignment between Kentucky's current and new Kentucky Academic Standards in the areas of reading, writing (on-demand and editing & mechanics), mathematics, science and social studies to the relevant assessment components of the Grades 3-8 and High School Summative Assessments. The vendor shall provide detailed analysis and assist in the development of reports for the annual Federal consolidated state plan, federal assessment peer reviews as needed, and possible interaction with the National Technical Advisory Panel on Assessment and Accountability (NTAPAA).
