One (1) continuous particulate matter mass concentration monitor utilizing broadband spectroscopy, Teledyne API T640X or equivalent. The monitor must measure PM2.5, PM10, and PM10-2.5 on a continuous real-time basis. The monitor must be an EPA Federal Equivalent Method for measurement of PM2.5, PM10, and PM10-2.5. Design specifications shall meet or exceed the following: • Each monitor must utilize broadband spectroscopy for measurement of particulate matter. • Software touchscreen interface with graphing tools. Panel display must be customizable by the user. Software must provide triggers for initiating data logging, including periodic and conditional. • Particle size resolution to 256 sizes over 0.18 – 20µm range. • PM Mass Resolution Measurement Range 0.1 - 10,000 µg/m3. • Mass Measurement & Display Resolution 0.1 µg/m3. • Precision ±0.5 ug/m3 (1-hr average). • Lower Detectable Limit <0.1 ug/m3 (1-hr average). • Data Rate to 10s to 48hr (user selectable). • Mass Concentration Accuracy Exceeds US EPA Class III FEM PM2.5 performance requirements for additive and multiplicative bias compared to FRM samplers. • Flow Rate is 5.0-lpm sample flow and 11.67-lpm bypass flow • Flow Accuracy Within ±1% • Operating Temperature 0 - 50°C, non-condensing • Ambient Temperature 40 - 60°C • Ambient Relative Humidity 0 - 100% • Sample Humidity Control 24VDC, 90W (max) heater controlled to 35% RH The unit shall be equipped with the following: • RS232 and Ethernet ports and cables. • Front panel USB connection for peripheral devices. • 8 digital status outputs. • Annual consumables pack. • All accessories, including PM inlets, to operate unit as Federal Equivalent Method for PM2.5, PM10, and PM10-2.5. • All necessary extension tubing to allow unit to be operated within a pre-existing walk-in shelter. • All necessary tripods to stabilize inlet tubes that extend outside of shelter.
