Specifications include, but are not limited to:
1. To perform all work necessary to acquire the title, permanent public right-of-way easements or
temporary easements to all tracts, parcels, and property rights required in accordance with the
Kansas Department of Transportation, Bureau of Right of Way acquisition manual, Federal and
State laws, and any additional written or verbal instructions given by the County.
2. That the negotiators to be utilized by the firm shall be approved by the County prior to beginning
actual acquisition work.
