Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.3.1.1.Furnish a complete set of submittals as described hereinafter.1.3.1.2.FlexFit™ Construction:Provide AHUs disassembled on shrink-wrapped pallets for field assembly in the mechanical room by the installing contractor. The units shall be fully factory-assembled to test each panel and component for proper fit-up prior to shipment. Manufacturers that do not factory-assemble the custom air handling units prior to shipment shall not be acceptable. The installing contractor shall have an option to visit the factory and be trained as the unit is being put together or disassembled. All costs associated with the factory visit, if desired, shall be covered by the installing contractor. Each unit shall be shipped with a CD that contains labeled drawings, assembly instructions, and detailed pictures of the actual unit as it is being assembled. Disassembled AHU components provided to the Mechanical Contractor for field assembly as built-up AHUs shall not be acceptable.)1.3.1.3.Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete engineering, production, factory assembly, factory testing, packaging, and deliveryof the custom AHUsand their related equipment. Provide high voltage components, factory engineered, mounted and wired. Provide control end devices and unit controllers, factory engineered, mounted and wired. 1.3.1.4.Permit the Owner and Engineer to inspect as herein described and to witness performance teststo ensure good product quality and compliance with these specifications.1.3.1.5.Factory test all AHUs as detailed herein and on the schedule.1.3.1.6.Provide a factory-authorized service representative employed by the AHU Manufacturer to supervise installation and start-up of the units as identified in the schedule.1.3.1.7.Provide Owner's Manual, complete operating instructions.
